CCRP Karate Classes Moving to Lockerman Middle School

June 4 Update: The HVAC replacement is scheduled to be finished and operational by the start of Summer classes.  Summer classes will be scheduled to be held back at the Fretterd Center (Armory) gym, and will be released for online registration in the coming days.

The long-awaited replacement of the gym HVAC unit is set to begin next week, and the construction related to that replacement will make the gym off-limits for the remainder of the spring session.

The remaining karate classes of this session will take place in the Lockerman Middle School gym, effective immediately.  Participants should enter the school by using the entrance located on the right side of the building towards the far end of the parking lot.  The entrance is somewhat obscured until you get close to it.

A staff member will meet participants at the door and escort them to the gym.   For the security of the school space that we are utilizing, classes will continue to be closed to non-participants.

There will be no Monday classes on May 27 for Memorial Day.  As a result, Monday classes will now end on June 10 rather than June 3.

We look forward to classes continuing uninterrupted next week, as well as to finally resolving the ongoing HVAC issues.
