The Caroline County Department of Public Works is seeking quotes for a General Service Maintenance contract on our inventory of thirty (30) overhead doors, including two (2) automatic gates, within our County buildings and facilities. This will include:

 Inspect Panel Condition, Balance, Cables, Rollers, Hinges, and Weather Strip

• Inspect Opener Tension, Gears, Carriage and Rail, and Limits
• Lubricate All Moving Parts
• Test Safeties

 If you would like to see the buildings, a visit will need to be scheduled through our office.
