ATTN: Turf Mowing Proposal - 2022

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the County Commissioners Hearing Room at 9 a.m., February 10, 2022. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the scope of work and answer any questions. The meeting also will include a tour of the turf mowing locations. No questions—except for clarifications of property locations—will be permitted after the pre-bid meeting. All properties will be marked on or before the pre-bid conference. Contractors are welcome to examine the properties before and after the pre-bid conference. The Contractor is responsible for identifying the location and conditions of the properties. Failure to do so will not relieve the Contractor from the obligations of the contract. Area measurements provided by the County are estimates provided to assist in the RFP process.
